The Franken-Cise

So while I didn’t work out yesterday, the first day of my blog…when I was writing instead of exercising, I did work out today. The only way to describe my workout is the Franken-cise. Well, maybe that’s not the only way, but it’s by far the most fun way. Plus it’s Halloween time!
The reason it is now the Franken-cise is because it combines bits of exercises I thought dead into one super set. I’ve taken a look at what has worked for me in the past and melded them together and then struck them with lightning! Quad strengthening? That’s easy. I went way back and took some exercises from my too many bouts of physical therapy. College Tae Kwon Do? Kicks and punches! And then I filled in with some things from my Women’s Health Big Book of Exercises. This book is awesome by the way and has almost every variation of move imaginable. I’m hoping this will end up being a winning combination.
My plan tonight was to do a half hour of elliptical after the muscle stuff, but I didn’t get that far. I have this thought in my head that if I don’t get super sweaty that I didn’t work out enough. While though I did feel like that tonight, it was getting late and I realized I hadn’t had enough to eat for dinner to make it through that piece of cardio. Always do less instead of fainting.
